By purchasing goods and or services from Lapworks.co.uk ("Lapworks") you will be entering into a legally binding contract with Milestonepoint Innovate Ltd. who are the sole distributor of Lapworks Inc. products in the European Union. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website. By accessing this site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

- Product – means any products and or services displayed on this site for sale.
- Contract – means the contract of the sale and purchase of goods and or services.
- Delivery area – means all addresses in the World.
- Goods - means any products and or services displayed on this site for sale.
- The website – means the presence accessible via Lapworks.co.uk.
- The customer – means any person accessing this site and/or placing an order.
- We/us – means Milestonepoint Innovate Ltd.
Basis of sale
On acceptance of any order placed though the web site the conditions shall be deemed as laid out below. We endeavour to give you a clear idea and description of all the products we sell.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and subject to availability. Order acceptance is also subject to your order being delivered in the delivery area and the charge accepted in pounds sterling against your credit card.
We do not accept orders for delivery outside the European Union. For orders outside the EU, please contact us at sales@lapworks.co.uk
The price of goods purchased on the web site will be fixed for a period of 14 days from acceptance of the order. Any price variance outside of this period will be notified to the customer by e-mail. The customer then has the option to accept the revised price or cancel said order by e-mail.
We will charge your credit card for full payment on receipt of the order. If it is not possible to obtain full payment we reserve the right to suspend delivery of the goods. We accept no responsibility if a delivery is delayed due to full payment not being forth coming.
Milestonepoint Innovate Ltd. will take all reasonable care to ensure that any information given to us via this website will be treated in a private and confidentially secure manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer due to unauthorised access being gained by any third party unless it is due solely to the negligence of Milestonepoint Innovate Ltd.
Delivery
All goods will be delivered in accordance with the information given at the point of order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the information needed to successfully deliver the goods is placed on the order. If the delivery fails due to the information not being correct a further charge may be made.
We will aim to send any goods ordered within 5 working days subject to stock. Milestonepoint Innovate Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Ownership
Ownership of all goods will only pass to the customer when full payment has been cleared and delivery has been made. Risk of damage and or loss of the goods will pass to the customer at the point of delivery.
Returns
We guarantee to supply only the very best quality products. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason please contact us on customerservice@lapworks.co.uk and we will endeavour to correct any problems. However we are unable to replace goods that have been supplied in accordance with the order but are rejected due to the personal taste of the recipient.
If for any reason the quality of the goods supplied does not fulfil the customers reasonable expectations we offer a full money back guaranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted on any order prior to its despatch. On cancellation the customer will be refunded back to the credit card the order was placed with.
Cancellation after dispatch will only be accepted if delivery has not been made. If delivery has not been made Milestonepoint Ltd. reserve the right to charge for the delivery but refund the product value.
Liability
Provided that you notify us of a valid claim in respect of defective goods and or unacceptable service regarding a defect in quality or failure to meet the indicated quality in a timely fashion you will be able to choose between a refund or new goods to the value of the original order: Provided that you either return the goods that are the subject of the claim or make them available for collection.
We will not be liable for any losses incurred under any third party contract that may be dependent on this contract.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
We shall not be considered liable for any breach to this contract due to circumstances of force majeure.
